Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from everyone at Hewens Primary
What a wonderful festive feast we had on Wednesday 18th December 2024, for this year’s Christmas Dinner! The dining hall was transformed into a scene of Christmas cheer, filled with twinkling decorations, the warm sound of festive music, and the joyful buzz of our pupil community coming together.
The menu was nothing short of spectacular, offering something for everyone to enjoy. Pupils and staff alike tucked into:
• Roast Turkey, crispy Roast Potatoes, and delicious Pigs in Blankets.
• A mouth-watering selection of Mini Quiche, Vegetable Goujons, Yorkshire Puddings, Sage & Onion Stuffing, alongside tender Baby Carrots and seasonal Brussels Sprouts.
To top it all off, we were treated to a rich and decadent Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Sauce, the perfect way to end a festive meal. A huge thank you to our catering team, who worked tirelessly to prepare this delightful spread, and to everyone who helped make the day so special. It was a truly memorable way to celebrate the festive season together!
