Relentless Romans

Year 3 pupils had the pleasure of attending a Roman workshop, linked to the topic they are currently studying in history. The workshop related their knowledge from the stone age (Bronze and Iron Age) up until when the Romans invaded Britain over two thousand years ago. A highlight for the children were the Roman weapons and artefacts, which were far more advanced compared to the Britons (Celts).
